Dr. Laurel Mellin is a health psychologist and New York Times bestselling author. She is the founder of Emotional Brain Training (EBT). During her 42 years as a Professor at the UCSF School of Medicine, she pioneered a neuroscientific method that actively transforms modern self-care and healthcare.
