Due to the digital and irrevocable nature of our 3D spatial assets, all sales are considered final upon successful delivery of the asset. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for subjective reasons, including but not limited to esthetic preferences, style choices, or the likeness of a 3D model to a specific individual.

We only provide refunds or replacements in the event of a clear error in fulfillment, specifically the following:

How to Request a Review

If you believe you have received the incorrect product or a technically defective file, please contact us at customersupport@theacademicboardroom.com within 7 days of your purchase. Please include:

Once your request is received, we will inspect the claim and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing Refunds

If your claim is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
